Since launching the company in 1987, Cardinal’s owners—brothers Thomas and Don Mazzei—have remained steadfast in their commitment to treat each client with highly individual and specialized attention.

Financial Only
Management

Accurate & timely reporting of all aspects of financial management including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, general ledger and financial statement preparation, budget preparation, Resale Disclosure Preparation, Annual or Budget meeting attendance.

*Financial Only Plus - this package is customizable to fit the needs of your community where you need a hybrid of full service and financial only services. Add on services to the base financial only package includes, but is not limited to: management consultation services, covenants enforcement assistance, contract administration assistance.

Client
Services

As a true “full service” management firm, we have an excellent Client Services Division. Anything the association does not provide, we can. Home watch, maintenance, home cleaning, car detailing, and grocery shopping. You name it, we can do it. A true concierge service.

OUR CLIENTS

Planned Unit Developments
Each purchaser has exclusive ownership to a lot or unit, including the property that lot/unit sits on and the residential dwelling itself. Membership to the association is mandatory.
Condominium Communities
Condo owners typically only own the air space, but not the physical boundaries of the unit or the land beneath the unit. The owner holds a shared interest in the common area.
High-rise Buildings
Similar to condominium communities, high-rise owners typically only own their unit and have a shared interest in the common area. High-rise communities have very specific needs & unique challenges.
Homeowners Associations
HOA’s own the common areas that homeowners have very specific rights and obligations to. These common areas may include the grounds, recreational areas, and sometimes roads.
