Stewart Carter Senior Vice President - CMCA®, AMS®, CAM

Mr. Carter joined Cardinal Management Group of Florida in 2001 and serves as Senior Vice President of Cardinal Management Group of Florida, Inc. In this capacity, he is responsible to lead all functions of the organization including Human Resources, Information Technology, Corporate Training, and the day-to-day service operation functions of the organization. Stewart has been involved in the management of residential properties for over 13 years and also serves as Property Manager to several client communities. Stewart spent over 10 years in the U.S. Navy, gaining valuable experience in staff and asset management. Along with the values and work ethic gained while in the service, his “attention to detail” attitude ensures all our client properties receive the full service they deserve.

Mr. Carter was also an Adjunct Professor at Hodges University in Naples, Florida, the same University he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, earning a 4.0 GPA and given the honor of being the Commencement Speaker at the Hodges University 2003 Graduation Ceremony. This valuable teaching experience benefits the entire organization by providing corporate training for all staff at the university level, as well as in-home information technology services provided to our customers.
